Mental Health Diagnosis

It is not unusual for some survivors to have accessed mental health services at some time in their lives and many have received a variety of diagnosis, such as personality disorder, bipolar and so forth. Increasingly a diagnosis of PTSD or c-PTSD is now being made, which more clearly indicates that the presenting behaviour (that led them to Mental Health Services) is trauma induced.

The problem (depression, self harming, eating disorders etc) are a symptom of the problem !
