We are incredibly grateful to individuals who have given a donation.  No amount is too small, as not only does it help cover some of the costs of running CIS’ters, but it also shows us that individuals care about what we are doing and want to help us help others.

We are also very appreciative of the members and others that have set up a regular donation via their bank. This is immensely helpful as it gives CIS'ters an income that can be budgeted against our known expenditure. All regular donations are incredibly helpful to us.

Every donation makes a difference - and here are some examples of how your donation can help:

£5 could help with the cost of providing refreshments for our small office team of volunteers.

♥ £50 ♥ 

Make a bigger difference with your donation if you can.  £50 could pay for 3 weeks' phone bills.  Or, if given as a monthly donation, would pay for 2 weeks rent for our small office/meeting rooms.

♥ £500 ♥

We Will Make It Count! ......

This donation can be used in many ways, including enabling our 'lived in experience' training team to deliver Awareness and Education sessions.  Helping workers in other services to better understand how to respond to disclosures from adult survivors and to provide emotional support.
